I’m assuming you’ve changed the address of A with
Companies house.
You can also change the name of A to B with companies house in case the caseworker Google’s the business on maps and finds a different name.
You should mention this in a cover letter if you decide not to change the company name from A to B. (Changing companies name is not necessary)
But as far as job creation goes if the above scenario is correct You can safely use the new employees.
