Tier 2 getting married abroad

Hi,

I am a British citizen and my partner is on a Tier 2 General visa. We plan on marrying in Croatia this summer. My partner does not plan to switch her visa status, at least not in the immediate future. We are doing all the paperwork to get legally married in Croatia (i.e certificate of non-impediment), does she need to take any action with the HO?
