I think it should be related to the additional documents needed by home office from your employer.

Anyone whose application is in "Under Review" status, the UKVI has requested additional documents to support your case or doing background check. Last month few of them got their RCOS approved on 4th April, so until 4th May keep your hopes up and all the best
Hi kirankumar15789, My application is in "Under Review" and applied on 22nd March.
Waiting for the update

Received email from employer this morning with a screenshot showing my application as still being under review.
UKVI has not requested anything additional from them, my employer is contacting the business support line to see if we can get more information.
I've also asked a friend who knows someone in HO if they can find out the difference in status for us (pended vs under review). I'll let you know what I find out.

Hi All,
As suggested on a pervious post in this forum, my organization has been waiting for my 12 months colling period to end so that they can sponsor me.
As we are closing in on that earlier this month 2nd of April to be precise my organization applied for a Restricted CoS for me.
The issue is its been over 5 WD since the Working commitee meeting on 11th of April and the CoS application is still shwoing as "Under Review".
In the past generally my CoS has been assigned in two to three days. And hence my question here to find out if its natural for CoS allocation to be "Under Review" for so long, if not please suggest what can I advise my sponsor to check the status, is there an email id or a number where we can check status of our CoS application.
Also kindly note my Organization has received no emails or letter from UKBA for this application so far.
Any help here from you all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

I think it should be related to the additional documents needed by home office from your employer.
When additional docs wer needed it was under review and employer has provided all the info on 7th April.
According to the sponsorship doc it says if additional documents request is verified and true then status gets changed to pending (which is a good sign) but many has under review only here so making me worry

Ditto, worried for sure. You were pending, no? So that's potentially good news for you! Thanks for finding out, glad you were able to get an answer.

One of my acquaintance got his visa approved today with 23 points. So most of you will get it as long as your sponsorer submits all the documents as requested.

Kindly do not post visa posts in this topic. This thread is only for RCoS allocations.

I think you meant RCOS only and not visa.
When was rcos submitted ? Did HO asked for additional documents if yes when did the employer submitted those?
Lastly what was the status?

Sorry, I meant RCoS in above post. RCoS was submitted on 5th april, it went to "under review" status on 15th requesting details on one of the interview conducted during RLMTS phase. Details was shared on 16th and it went to in progress status on 19th and then finally approved on 24th.

My COS was submitted this month and on 17th I was asked for proof of English knowledge. I submitted my degree certificate. Is this a common ask?
Do I need to also submit a letter from my University stating the subjects were taught in English?

Who asked for it??
Your English evidence is only required at visa app stage not at RCoS stage.

I think you have to get a certificate from your university stating your education was done in English as proof of English knowledge for RCOS.

A stupid question but how did the Home Office contact, did they email or sent in a physical letter to the sponsor ?
This becuase we not had neither but it would help to understand how these guys contact.

It looks like Home Office has also stopped responding to email queries regarding RCOS. We have not had any update on the RCOS application since last week.
Did anyone get a response from HO recently?

No response today, however, my HR contact was out of office today. Hopefully I'll have an update tomorrow.
