Should documents sent for HSMP be attached to EC ?

Should documents sent for HSMP be attached to EC ?

I am about to submit EC application from Singapore. The VAF checklist doesnt say anything about including docs which were sent for HSMP. Are they to be included?

guys any info? when we send application for EC, must the documents which were sent for HSMP application be sent along as well??
