Brother i applied on 8th april and yesterday received with concluded email , and today i got my passport with beautiful refusal.

Reason:
Bank statement showing excess money then the salary. (I planned trip for 4000GBP) and my salary is 2000Pounds monthly.
my statement in which monthly salary credited shows ending balance of 6000pounds.
officer is not satisfied for the transactions in my account.
No one here can confirm you whether visa is granted or not, because i have seen multiple people with approved visa after concluded email. Is there anyone who has received the visa after a “concluded” email?
You can expect a call or email for collection 2-3 days after decision email. Passport collection timing as mentioned on VFS website are 09:00 - 17:00 (Monday till Friday).
