Hi

My age is 31 years and about 100 days. Do I qualify for 5 points if I am to make an application ASAP , before I turn 32. The tier 1 guide lines say

30 or 31 years of age -- 5 points

This is a bit confusing for me.

Can anyone please reply as soon as possible

Well yes u do get 5 points.....u can claim points even if u post ur applicatio on ur 32nd B'day as u will start 32 years and 1 day on the next day.......the date of posting is taken as the date of application...so u will have 5 points assured for next 256 days....

In short to day ur 31 yars and 100 days....so still not 32 ...so 5 points!!!
