Dear CR001

I respected all rules till now....to the extent that I teach others the rules of this forum but sometimes rules of this forum over rides human values and human situations.....when only a person at same level can understand and relieve stress.

A person in this situation is under tremendous stress ...can expect for other persons name..who is in better position and whos giving him support and boosting his morale...but even that small human thing is crushed by rules.

No problem.. Rules are rules.. God Bless you CR001.

Hi Hardeep

Really lucky are the people getting visas within 60 days time.
My application pack was up-to-date... all facts were well supported by authentic evidences......
. but still it's over 70 WD waiting and waiting in frustration....biometrics were on 17 Jan.

Don't know why they are delaying it??

Hi Sumit, i understand your frustration.Did you send all original documents because solicitor told me we have to send all original documents so that they can give decision fast and according to my solicitor it will take to upto 90 working day for my case because i overstayed my visa but left UK voluntarily.

Hi

Oh yeah... Over staying can cause delay in decision making.. good that you left voluntarily. It is a plus point going in your favour.

I sent all were original documents except some other documents like our pictures together not marriage ones, WhatsApp callog, moneygram.. Receipts, mailing bags of gifts exchanged etc.......they requested it later on mail on 27 Feb.

After that..nothing from them....

Hi
You are wasting your hard earned money by calling.... They are like, a call centre with no authority and control over processing time and operation. They will just tell you what is shown on their computer screen....they have no idea of, what is going on inside home office.

I understand its unfair not to acknowledge application after 7 weeks... we can only survive with patience otherwise frustration and stress will kill us all.

Thanks

Yea i get what you mean

I'm just trying to understand how they process application

Anyone know about this new rule of scanning documents at VFS centres in uk and not sending original to Sheffield! The ukvi phone agent said it came in place from 1st march! If anyone know about this please write here.

They can’t give you update either on that , most likely u get generic mail something like I can confirm that your application is being considered and is currently awaiting a decision. It’s best if you ring them instead of mail but that’s more costly .
Yes you can contact on behalf of applicant as long you know all the details :)
