Tier 2 visa extended, registering with the police is not mentioned

I'm a citizen of Ukraine, which is listed on https://www.gov.uk/register-with-the-po ... o-register and also, upon my first arrival I registered with the police and I keep the certificate up to date.

I've recently extended my tier 2 visa and just received my new BRP and the decision letter. Surprisingly it doesn't mention registering with the police anywhere. It's not mentioned on my new BRP either.

I know my colleagues on tier 2 had to apply for a new certificate upon extension, so I'm really confused now. Should I do anything?

Hi, I have been to the Overseas office recently and been told that you need to report any changes to your status (Visa, etc.)

I am a citizen of Ukraine too by the way.

How much took the decision to be made?

I will just go to the Overseas registration office then. I'm surprised as some people on this forum mentioned they had some instructions in the decision letter regarding the registration.

It took about 6.5 weeks until I received the decision email. Then one extra week chasing DX for my BRP.
