Dear Citizen,
Thank you for your enquiry to the Your Europe Advice service.
The nature of your enquiry is not entirely clear. Renewal of the Austrian residence card is a matter for the Austrian authorities. The Irish authorities will not be interested in this document unless it is a residence card issued pursuant to Article 10, Directive 2004/38/EC in which case, she could rely on the document in lieu of a visa to enter Ireland to join you there (Article 5, Directive 2004/38/EC).
In any event, it appears that she has applied for an entry visa into Ireland. If, as appears to be the case, you are concerned about issue of the visa, this visa should issue to her without formality or delay or charge (Article 5, Directive 2004/38/EC). Her visa application to enter Ireland requires only that she can present her valid passport and your marriage certificate. No other evidence such as her Austrian residence card will be required.
We trust that this information is of some assistance to you. Should you have any further queries in relation to the above or protection of your rights in the EU, please do not hesitate to revert to the Your Europe Advice service: http://ec.europa.eu/eu-rights/enquiry-c ... -form/home
Yours sincerely,
Your Europe Advice
OMG I did not expect that. That is really bad to hear and I am sorry.blastbass wrote: ↑Mon Apr 29, 2019 12:38 pmWell we got refused as well, the letter says we haven't submitted evidence of a subsisting relationship and no proof that I indeed work and reside in Ireland. That refusal has been sent ob April 10th. Since then we prepare the next application. This time I have inculded EVERYTHING. Letters from my company, payslips, banking statements, a letter from my landlord, copy of my PPS card, utility bills, Call history with my wife, proof of address that we lived together in Austria, 23 pictures of me and her traveling together, marriage certificate etc.
It is terrible that that happened because she cannot stay in her apartment anymore ... so we found a temporary space but still. It is absolutely terrible that they openly doubt our relationship and marriage though we married in another EU State. I can only hope this time we succeed but I even further lost my trust in the department complying with the EU Laws...
No nothing. Just the marriage certificate.
this is what I was looking for:

We submitted the Stamp 4Fam application on 15 of April. They received in on the 16th April and 2 days ( 4 weeks later) ago we have received the acknowledgment letter so we will get the Temporary stamp 4 until final decision is made.
It needs a lot of papers.I will tell you what I’ve sent and I will tell you what More I will send.
I have send:

2.Bank statements (mine)
3.Utility bills in my name and in my wife’s name (Internet)

Myself_andI wrote: ↑Thu May 16, 2019 8:05 pmIn General so far for me it is not challenging. But you have to be detailed and ready for gathering papers.
Ask how you can add the wife to a bill and how long it will take.If you are in dublin check the waiting time for appointments for stamp 4 cause it takes a long time.Maybe make one even before you submit them.I am not in Dublin so the waiting period is a lot less.Ask for your wife to be added in the apartment contract.
You know?in general to be ready and know what to do when she gets here so apply asap. Stud the application and see what you have to get and if you find that you have a problem somewhere, try to solve it before she comes.
This is what I did in general
They tell you were to go in the letter you received from the Government. For example they’ve written for us to go to Kildare. But if you are in Dublin, book an appointment after a week you have submitted the application cause i know it takes a loooooong time.sembe wrote: ↑Mon May 20, 2019 10:06 amMyself_andI wrote: ↑Thu May 16, 2019 8:05 pmIn General so far for me it is not challenging. This awesome. One question if you know...stamp 4 has to be done where you live...frankly I don't mind to take a trip anywhere in Ireland to get it done.

Each area has it’s own Garda responsible.
