Category F - Dividends payment timing and evidence.

Post by rahanjaa » Fri May 03, 2019 12:59 pm

Hi Everyone!

I am applying via Category F, and have a question relating to this:

I will be relying on director’s salary and dividends to meet the financial requirement. I have been paying my self a minimal monthly salary and have the evidence to prove this.

However, I need some guidance on the dividends part. The dividends were declared in the relevant financial year as with the salary but the physical payment from LTD to personal bank account is 6 months after the close of the financially year for my company. This should not be a problem, right? i will provide bank statements cover the full financial year plus statements also up until the date of application.

I feel i am just overthinking this one. Any help would be much appreciated.

Many thanks,

Danish

Yes you can, but have to submit accountant report as well to cover dividend payments.
