which site for spouse visa

could someone please confirm which site to use for a spouse visa (leave to enter) from outside of UK?

is this site still used?

I've been told you can't book a biometric appointment on this site and you cannot send supporting documents to Sheffield anymore via post. It has to be scanned and uploaded via the other new site?

The whole system has changed and no one in VFS seem to know whats going on.

I just applied through Visa4UK, submitting docs in London on Tuesday as I cannot find any links/information regarding self-uploading like we suppose to be able to do.

My lawyer also suggested to do visa4uk site as it is unclear how to do a spouse visa through the other way.
