Hello Zimba,

i have a question, its bit complicated.

i am married(Complicated) n at a same time i had gf and i have baby with her . now there is a question in application that -Do you have any children whose birth parent is not your partner? i have said yes to the questions but they didnt ask for any details for baby or for parent as i am not married to her . shall i just say yes but that child is not with the one i am married to. So i am marred but not with the gf whom i have baby with. while i was married i got seprated n had gf n had baby with her and now i am with my ex partner n not with gf n i had baby with her.

please suggest

This should not be relevant to your application as far as I see

Thanx Zimba,

just to clarify again, i had a baby with my GF and the only thing i was concerned is that baby have my name on her birth certificate and in the AN online form it ask "Have you previously been married or in a civil partnership? so that is NO as i am not married to her and another question is " Do you have any children whose birth parent is not your partner? so she was never my partner, she was my gf n i had baby with her.. so is the answer suppose to be yes or no ?

please suggest

Thanx

The answer is yes as you do have a child with someone who is NOT your partner.

Thank you CR001,

not an issue i will say yes to the question.

last thing, i dont have to mentioned my GF name in "Have you previously been married or in a civil partnership? question and also once i click YES on "Do you have any children whose birth parent is not your partner? it didnt ask me any information about the child information. shall i just click yes and thats sit?

thanx

It asks if you were married not if you had a GF. Having a GF is irrelevant!!
