VFS Global - Pakistan Problems

Hi,

Has anyone recently booked an appointment for a UK visit visa on VFS global?

My brother and his family are applying for a UK visit visa.

He has filled all the forms and paid at the UK government website.

The website then asks to book an appointment with the partner aka VFS global.

On that website, firstly we couldnt find an option to book an appointment.
So we decided to book individual appointments in Lahore, Pakistan.

But every time we have tried to do that, the payment does not go through.

We have checked with the bank and they say the money has gone out but we got a "transaction declined" message on the website and did not get any confirmation email.

Has anyone experienced this issue recently?

We have been trying for the last 2-3 days now with no luck.

We have emailed the VFS global email but have had no response.

Is there a VFS contact number in Pakistan?

Please help.

P.S. I have never experienced such a crap system with no helpline!

VFS is same everywhere I guess. And I can tell you from my experience at Bengaluru, India that they have pathetic service. Even after paying for their premier services, we didn't receive assistance promised online. No one knew solution to simple doubts we had.
Try going to UKVI Center directly, meet VFS ppl there and submit documents. Thttsa what we did here for my husband's visa. They do not have any customer services neither they reply via email.

We cant even get that booked. Thats the problem...
