TIER 2 ICT Long term Delay with Priority Serivce

Hello guys,

Just wondering if anyone knows what is happening now or have similar situation like me?
I made my application in TLScontact Rome, Italy, purchased Priority Service

Timeline:
1. Sep 18th: TLScontact Visa Center, did Biometrics, and submitted all documents
2. Sep 28th: No updates from TLScontact, called Home Office, informed that decision has already been made
3. Oct 3rd: called Home Office again, still same info, decision been made, will be contacted soon by Visa Center
4. Oct 8th: still no information at all regarding returning my passport, and home office informed that my case can be only escalated on 9th Oct, I will call tomorrow again to escalate...

It's been 3 weeks, I do not understand why it takes so long to return the passport... does anyone have same situation like me? I am so frustrated now, do not understand what to do....

If anyone can give some advice, would be nice.

I too have the same issue. Submitted my application on May 2nd ,but Visa has not yet dispatched.
I'm losing my patience!
