Dear Versudev
I told you my friend once you go for hearing to upper tribunal there are lots of chances that you will win the case the judge will look at your case closely and will make a decision that decision will be the final decision. even if they put you on 10 years they will issue you a 3 to 5 years visa base on your human rights and then apply for indefinite leave nothing to worry bro.
when is your hearing do you have a date??

Dear shakiram
If your human rights get refused home office has to give you a right of appeal in the country so u can defend yourself. I am 100% that you will get a right of appeal. Ali has explained you every step.Ali is telling the truth i was a victim too but now i m waiting for my hearing in july.
HI Shakiram
My human right application was refused on march 2019 but this time I have In country right of appeal which is coming in July. Could you please advise me regarding what kind of questions I need to prepare for the hearing day.
Thank you

Dear Sandeep,
if the consent order is signed between you and the GLD then your lawyer can claim your legal cost from the GLD.
