Tier 2 Dependent to FLR m

Hi. When I have my ILR (10 year route) granted what happens to my wife who is on Tier 2 dependent visa? Does she has to change categories (FLRM) as soon as possible or can she continue to be on the same visa till it expires? Also are there any travel restrictions if visa category hasn’t been changed ?

She should switch to FLR M and she should do it before she travels out of the UK.
