I was thinking of doing this
But that again takes months and it does not give any significant detail so I left it

My ilr is pending since jan 2018 and its been more than 15 months. So you should not worry at all. I wasted my last summer holidays completely and since I have not received it yet it seems like this summer is going to be wasted as well. But what can we do? Nothing

My case is straight forward. My extension came back in less than 4 weeks without any interview. Now I have even wrote to MP but to no avail. Just waiting now
Wow this is frustrating to say the least. Have you called them to escalate your case mate.

Yes I did
But they said that my case is EXCEPTIONALLY COMPLEX. This is what Britain is I guess. But all I was advised was that I should just wait, which I am waiting.
In the meantime, my grandmother, my grandfather and my wife's grandmother passed away. My father got a heart attack and had to go through heart surgery. My sister got married. I can't even list alot of important events happened during this process. So missing my summer holidays was the least important thing. But when ever I asked them they only responded by saying that I can withdraw my application and leave UK
I don't even what they are waiting for.

Did they tell you to withdraw and leave UK on the phone after 15 months. Wow

We called MP as well in 5th month HO updated MP saying that it will take longer than 6 month because of higher number of applications so once 6 month crossed we recevied a complex letter

So our Mp already mentioned this to us

Now we might go on 10 year route in aug 2019 seems that they dont want to work on the case as they know that our 10 yr completion is in aug 19 so that must me the reason they kept our file aside that is our assumpltion.

And calling them or getting in touch with MP might wont work so best ways is to wait and apply in aug .

Hi sulemanca,

Many congratulations on your ILR. I am really happy for you, its a great relief.
I saw your comments on the timeline thread and you have mentioned:

Complex letter received - 25 April 2019 dont know how long will they take more
CALL HO - 7 MAY
BRP RECV - 9 MAY

I want to know which number did you make a call to?
Could you please share that HO phone number?
I tried calling UKVI at 0300 123 2241 and they mentioned that in order to re-escalate, I need to wait for 4 weeks to complete since the complex letter was issued. So, I am now only allowed to re-escalate on 14th of May if I done hear back until then.

Below is by timeline, much closer to yours:
Applied for ILR Route : 12/10/2018 ( Online ) - Tier 1 Entrepreneur 5 years route - 50k
Date application sent : 12/10/2018
Document received by HO : 15/10/2018
Ack letter received (if applicable) : 15Oct/ 15NOV /12Dec/12Jan / 12Feb/12Mar/12 April
Complex Letter received : 18th April (issued on 17th April)

Could you please share the number you called to on 7th of May?

Many Thanks

2) what reply did you get when you called .?
3) do you think that it’s because of this call, your case has been expedited?
Please if you can answer this , it will be helpful to lot of people on this forum who are still waiting like me .
