urgent (received email from Sheffield center)

Hi.
I have submitted all of my supporting document on biometry appointment. I have been told by TLSCONTACT staff that they would scan and send my document to decision making center. so that ,I decided to give all of my document to them even the original copies(they did not accept to make a copy and return it back)
anyway, I received the following email today and I do not really know how to respond! I do not have original copy of my document as I submitted all of them on biometry day in Bucharest at Tlscontact center.
Could you please help me with that? Is that automatic email? Whom I am supposed to contact to clarify my situation?

It says IF you have not submitted your documents, then to do so.

Yes.. that’s what it’s referred to on here

Don't worry about this Email as others have said, I had the same Email yesterday and my supporting documents were signed for at UKVI on Friday 10th May.
