Urgent Treatment form needed for Tier 1 General

Hi,
I am applying for switching to Tier 1 general on 30th Jun 08. However
my WP expires on the 31st of July 08.
I would like to know if it is possible to send the urgent treatment from along with the application itself.
Please let me know and also please send me the urgent treatment form for tier. As some one had mentioned that urgent treatment for tier 1 works.
