Visit Visa requirements

Hope am at right place in order to get some information regarding visit visa.

Am married and living in Uk with Wife.
My brother from Pakistan wants to visit me along with his wife. He's involved in business in Pakistan

Could you please guide me what kind of documents he need for applying visit visa??

They have 3 kids but leaveing them in Pakistan when they will come to UK for visit.
