ILR Financial Docs validity

Hi all,

I have submitted my ILR application online but the appointment that I am getting is after more than a month Since some of the documents needs to be within 28 days of the application day does it mean now I have to get updated documents? Like additional payslip, bank statement and a revised letter of employment with a revised date.

No sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the date you entered the UK.

Im filling my ILR SET M online application, and there's a requirement to submit proof of accommodation cost and council tax cost.
Am I right to think that my tenancy agreement will suffice as a proof for accommodation cost and my latest council tax bill could be used as a council tax cost?

I meant the payslips and bank statements.

Date of application is the date you pay and submit online.

I have applied for my ILR (Spouse) visa online and going for super priority service. The first appointment I have got is 35 days from the date of online application. Since some of the documents like bank documents needs to be with 28 days of application I am not sure this 28 days validity is true for the for the date of online application was made or the actual date of the appointment at super priority service centre. Because if it is the date of appointment then I would need to submit latest bank statements nearing the appointment date?

Biometrics date is irrelevant. You get 45 working days to provide bio.
