Family Visit Visa delayed for 45 Days

hi,

We have applied for Family Visit Visa in Chennai VFS for 4 applicant on 11 April. We have got update for about a month and by 10th we got a call that biometric was not taken properly for one of the applicant so asked us given one more time with new application by paying fees again.

After couple of days they issued visa for 3 applicants and still waiting the 4th one who gave biometric again. I have called several times to know the status everytime they are saying the decision has been taken and we have to wait for receiving the documents which is now about week.

Customer care is refusing to escalate and claiming well within their time limit.

Did anyone faced similar issues or any help on this matter would be appreciated?
