I would appreciate if someone could advise me on how to notify the HO regarding change of my postal address.

If you have applied for Tier 1 from within UK, please see this. If you have applied for Tier 1 from India, check with VFS / BHC.

If you have applied for HSMP, contact UKBA helpdesk on +44 114 207 4074 and check with them as to where & how you should send this information.
