How to access Guidance notes and relevant appendix documents

Hi All
I have been trying to find specific Appendices and guidance documents.
Rummaging through various threads here, I found some.
But isnt there an entire list of all the guidance documennts somehwere?
How do I access https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/?
It returns errors. One needs to have full path for the pdf document, one intends to access.
This means you need to know beforehand the exact path ink for the document.
This presumes one needs to know answers, while there are people like me, flumoxxed, not knowing what are the questions to be asked!

So if anyone has link /knows way to access latest guidance notes on FLR (M), i will be grateful.
Also, any additional specific guidance if changing visa category to FLR (M)?

Thank you so much for the link.

Though the link seems old. The guidance notes have archived date Sept 2018, while the notes themselves are dated 07/2018.

i remember seeing somewhere that there have been changes in March 2019.
Not sure though.

The guidance notes remain the same as the immigration rules have not changed.
