Hello there, secret.simon wrote: ↑Tue May 28, 2019 6:19 pmWhere was the child born? What is yoru husband's immigration history in the UK?
I am planning to apply my husband his ILR as well because he also come when I came in UK. He will also complete his 10 years along with me and he have English test and life in uk.CR001 wrote: ↑Wed May 29, 2019 5:04 pmLong residence ILR does not permit dependents to apply with you. Only you can apply on the form.
Your UK born child can be registered as British on form MN1 once your ILR is granted.
Your spouse will have to switch to FLR(M) spouse visa and meet the English and financial requirements. Their 5 year clock for ILR will be reset to zero, 2 x 2.5 year visas. Visa fee is £1033 and IHS is £1000.
Thank you so much for the information. Lastly, which form do I need to fill for 10 years ILR?? And
Form Set(LR). It is an online form and you each have to your own separate form etc.Lastly, which form do I need to fill for 10 years ILR??

I am confuse in another thing. I am sure you can help me. Thank you in advice. Actually, I enter in UK 21st Sep 2009 and now my visa expire on 14th Sep 2019. There is 10 days less to complete 10 years. But I was told from few friend I can go for 1 day service within 28 days of visa expire.
So my question is: is that right? Do I get ILR visa on 10 years base??
Thank you
Thanks you.. this one is very good to know. I though the appointment date was applying date. Very good to knowCR001 wrote: ↑Fri May 31, 2019 10:11 amThe rules allow you to apply within 28 days of your 10 anniversary of the date you entered.
There is nothing in the rules that state you MUST have a valid visa up to this point or past this point. Many have been successful in this scenario.
Okey. Thank you
There is no '1 day in person same day decision' service anymore. You would have to apply using UKCVSA Super Priority service, which costs an extra £800 and there is no guarantee you will get a decision within 24 hours.
Okey.
Remember that the date of application is the date you submit and pay online and NOT your UKCVAS appointment date. So make sure that you only submit and pay once you are within the 28 days period.
Hello CR001,
