This is the question on the form
Have you had any UK court judgment against you for a non-payment of a debt, or received a penalty under the UK immigration acts?
how should i answer this ?
That's why you have been correctly advised accordingly from the very beginning.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

As I said being outside the UK you possibly can't know if you have a ccj or details of any default. So on answering a No on that question is not a deception at all as you did not had the information.
And this is precisely what I did. And here I am in the UK. Also to make it more easy for you home office will not do any credit checks on you, the max they can check is with NHS if you have outstanding debt but that in my view would be a random thing as well. So you will be fine. If i were you I will answer no to that question and move on

Debt recovery has no issues on your visa .
So don't take it seriously.
10 days over stay is also not issue.
After 28 days your visa expires than it count over stayer.
So you ok with that.
And you apply spouse visa my wife had 320 7a fake documents refusals .
And she get visa even you are over stay is not issue.
Only if you have agreagative circumstances than it issue .
Spouse visa has no issues do not consider other options just apply than you get visa .
Debt only matter when you apply ILR but that time it finish from your credit file

Look spouse visa is 100 percent gaurrented
If you make mistake you lose.
Your spouse will get visa if.
Your relationship documents
Your accoumodation is not fake.
And last you earn.
They are not any one enemy.
They know it's expensive to apply .
If you follow appendix FM than you win simple
