Hi All.

please need advise. My wife is EU citizen living since 2003 in UK. she recently applied EU Settlement Scheme. And she got her Indefinite Leave in United Kingdom as reffered as settled status.

now i have two question,

1. My kids have EU passports they born in UK and since that time always live in UK. ages are 7, 6 and 3. can they apply for british passport as their mother get the settled status.

2. I have EU family permit 5 year. where i stand. can i apply for settle status too. the first EU family permit was issued to me in 2012 and i renew last year my EU family permit which expire in 2023.
