Polio drops certificate for child under age 18

Do my 4 years old daughter needs polio certificate for travelling to UK first time ?

No. The rules are clear that only TB test etc is required.

Polio vaccination is an exit requirement by Pakistan, the UK has nothing to do with it:

Best to check with the Pakistani authorities regarding requirements for children. As far as I know, polio vaccination is mandatory for international travel regardless of age.
