How u guys are really handling the days to hear the result from UKVI...am so restless...didn't get any update after the Entry clearance officer email....very stressed....its only 42 days...
LOL I'm definitely not handling it well. I haven't even got the Entry clearance officer email and it's been 30 working days for me today. Thinking of calling them today and asking for an update. Some people have said that they have stopped sending the ECO email after a certain date but I've seen people getting it even long after the date I gave my biometrics on.
Hello,

They are still sending e-mail as of 22-May-2019.
Hi, I know and I submitted my biometrics on 9th April. I called them today, they said that my application is still being processed and I should get a decision within the next 30 working days. I have seen some people get their decisions without getting the ECO email
Hello,

From the timelines on this board, a total of 44 people were granted visas in 2019 so far. Out of them only 6 people did not receive or report receiving an e-mail in regards to ECO.

Anyone applied in January 2019 and still waiting a decision. It’s been 86 working days for me and I’m still waiting. They asked for additional document on 14th May and I submitted on 16th May but still waiting haven’t heard anything since then. Now it’s long bank holiday weekend ☹️
Hello,

There are 14 poeple who submitted their applications online (Non-Priority) in the month of January 2019 have got their visas. See the following:

Could you send me link how can I check the status as you mentioned above.

I haven’t contacted UKVI or my local MP yet. If I don’t get any updates by 90th (31st May)working day since my biometrics then my partner will contact local MP and will ask my solicitor in UK to send email to home office.
Since I submitted my additional document it’s been 2 weeks today (10 working days)

I hope 🤞 I get any update soon.

I pray for all the people who are waiting for decision will hear something soon 🙏

UPDATE- Called my MP’s office again today. The MP’s secretary said that the home office will reissue the decision to us and we should receive something from them this week. I’ve been told to wait till Friday.

Hoping for the best Eid gift. :)

waste of money using Priority service when its taking the same time as standard service 😡
Hi
We are in such similar situation. Did they tell you your application was processed decision not made?
I agree priority is a waste of money - they make you wait further 15 days if you escalate. I have had no contact at all from UKVI
hi yeahh they said my application was processed and is awaiting decision.
So frustrating!! I really hope we both hear soon. Seeing how long yours has been I am losing hope that it will be longer. Have they contacted you or your employer?

it is really fustrating! and no they havent contacted me or my employer . have they contacted you or your employer

Each account represents one application, making the email address unique. Therefore, you will need the same email address and the password.

The email address will be one where you would've received your ECO email. You can use that email address and request a password reset on Visa4UK website. Alternatively, ask your solicitor for the log in details.

Hello,

Allow them at least full 3 months. If you've not received a response by then, contact your local MP who are usually very helpful in these matters.

Home Office respond to MPs very quickly.

Country applying from: Pakistan (Karachi)
Type of visa applied for: Adult Dependant Relative Visa for Biological Parents
Priority/Non-Priority: Non-Priority
Date Application submitted online: 21.02.2019
Date Bio-metrics taken: 27.02.2019
Supporting Documents sent: 03.03.2019
Supporting Documents received at UKVI: 05.03.2019

Eco email received: 14.03.2019

After 14 March, it was complete silent from UKVisa

I emailed them on 18 April to enquire about my parents application.
Reply received on same date mentioning that it is in process and waiting fro decision.

60 Working days completed on last Friday, 24.05.2019 after Bio-metric.

Ukvisa dispatched my supporting document on 24.05.2019 and I received it on Saturday, 25 May 2019. However it was sent without any acknowledgement or any letter. I received back all my paper work from A to Z.

I am still waiting for the decision. Is it normal to receive your documents back without any letter? I haven't used any solicitor. Does any one have idea, how long would it take for the decision to come after the supporting documents is dispatched?

Hello,

Out of 22 Non-Priority applications reported completed this year on this board, it has taken an average of 85 days since online submission to receive a text message to collect passport.

Home Office can take between 3-6 months from the date of online application to complete. Nine other people are waiting for a response longer than yourself.

Hi All
Has anyone got application processed decision not made? I have contacted UKVI and they just say the application has been processed - decision not made. Had no contact at all since biometrics.
36 working days on priority 😞 .. hate the waiting game. I have escalated the case and have been told I have to wait 15 days for response. I wish we didn’t bother with priority
Have you had any response or update. I've also applied from CHD and am on 21days priority.

My history: My previous application was refused. I went to Uk on spouse visa but my domestic violence was refused coz I didn’t had police report. I then met my present partner. We put application on basis on relationship which was refused as we didn’t complete 2 years of living together. Which later on went on appeal. I made inland application but was refused. I made voluntary return as home office asked me to put application from India. They accepted my relationship said it’s genuine and they don’t doubt the relationship or income or accommodation but asked me to apply from India. I came back on 7th January and submitted online application on the same day. Before putting this application we completed 4 years of living together now.

Type of visa applied for: un-married settlement
Priority/Non-Priority: Non-Priority, Jalandhar India
Online Application Completed: 07/01/2019
Bio-metrics taken: 21/01/2019
--Documents sent from UK--
Documents sent to Sheffield: 21/01/2019
Documents received at Sheffield: 22/01/2019
Documents returned: Yes
Acknowledgment Email from UKVI: Yes on 15/02/19
Sponsor contacted by UKVI (if applicable): NO
Case not straightforward email: 15/04/19(60th working day)
“Unfortunately, the processing of your application has not been straightforward and we will be unable to decide your application within our customer service targets. We are continuing to work on your application and aim to make a decision as soon as possible.

We will write to you again if there is any change to this.”

Additional documents required: 14/05/19 (78th working day) partners Divorce decree absolute

Required document uploaded: 16/05/19 (80tg working day)

Decision made email: not yet

Fingers crossed 🤞
How long do they take after we submit the requested document?
I hope and pray that it’s gpod news for everyone who are waiting for decision 🙏
God bless you all 🙏
My partner contacted his local MP and requested him to contact Home Office on our behalf for my application today on 30/05/19

After few hours we got reply from our MP that he contacted HO on our behave. “They confirmed that the requested documentation was received and they are carrying out the relevant checks on this. Unfortunately, they are unable to give a timescale on the application as it is currently under consideration, but the Home Office will be in touch with you in due course.”

Fingers crossed 🤞

Hello,

Allow them at least full 3 months. If you've not received a response by then, contact your local MP who are usually very helpful in these matters.

Home Office respond to MPs very quickly.
UPDATE!!!!
Received text for passport collection on 30th May 2019.
Passport collected , Visa Refused😫
Two Reasons of Refusal
1. Financial requirement-- sponsors employer is her father and we just provided bank statements and payslips which are not enough they need company documemts (like registration, CT600 and company statements for last year.
2. English Requirement-- i just provided degree+uk naric statement of comparability+official uni letter stating medium of instruction is english But they said its not enough for them.

What is Admin/Expert memebers suggestion. APPEAL or REAPPLY

You were advised that the English requirements documents were not sufficient in March already.

In none of your posts on the forum did you state how you met the financial requirements, which you have clearly failed to understand and did not submit evidence that is stated you need to submit.

If younhave not provided them these documents then appeal will not work.you have to reapply with all complete documents as required by UKVI.

Relying on a solicitor doesn't guarantee that they know the rules (many don't) or that your visa will be approved. It is always the applicant that must ensure they submit what the rules require, which are freely available on HOs website.
