Question:
1. As its been almost 7 months, should I ask my solicitor to start chasing department for decision OR give them time and not to disturb them..

2. As my retention application is in process from almost 7 months and my stamp4efam is going to expire in Oct2019 and as per rule you can apply EU3 and citizenship 6 months before your Stamp4EUFam expire, I know EU3 will not proceed without retention decision, I'm wondering can I apply for EU3 OR Should I wait for Retention decision??

My wife she is from Latvia we are living in Ireland and our relationship broke down and she want to get divorce and she went last month to file divorce back home and came back in ireland she is still working in college in Ireland and we receive divorce paper today and now she want to move back in Latvia end of August.
