can a child not born in the uk by non british parents apply for a british passport after 10 years

Form T registration is for a child born in the UK and has lived here up to the age of 10. Note a passport application is a separate process AFTER registration as British.

Children born abroad are expected to hold ILR and will qualify for citizenship when the parents do.
