difference between SOL and MODL

What's the difference between the SOL and the MODL?

Can you be qualified under one but not the other?

SOL and MODL

i think MODL is the skills in demand in australia, currently. it will gain you additional points if your nominated occupation is listed here. plus the processing time for occupations under MODL are faster. All occupations in the MODL are of course in SOL.
