It’s ur call.. you have enough employment to cover the hours and choose whatever makes more sense to you and can justify.
Hi Aman,
Thanks for your response.
I will go ahead with what I thought then.
Now the challenge for me is to how to present my Job creation scenario in application form?
Any guidance is much appreciated.
Thanks
If ur sure about what you thought then it shouldn’t be a challenge...
Start filling out the form now.. you’ll figure it out.
Hi Aman,
Thanks for your response.
I understand from your response that I should be fine with the scenario i am going is tht right?
I will start filling a dummy application and see how it is?
Thanks

Create individual tables for each job. That makes it clearer for the CW
Hi Marcnath,
Thanks for your response.
I have created a table for two jobs. Kindly click on the below link to see the table.

Please let me know if I have sufficed the job requirement.
Thanks.
You seem to have done way more than the minimum requirements.

"Hi Aman,
Thanks for your response. I have created 2 tables with different scenarios Table1, Table2.
Please click the link below to view.

I am prefering to go with Table2 for the reason it is 12 months continuos employment in this scenario and falls in line with my planned application date July first week.
Job1 E1 + E4
Job2 E3 + E5 +E7
Aman & Marcnath please give me your views on the above so that I can make a final conclusion on this.
I want to share some more info once we conclude this as I dont want to confuse on this job creation matter.
Thanks in Advance.

When does your visa expire?
When does your dependents visa expire?
When do you plan to apply?

Hi Marcnath,
thanks for your reply.
Could you please give me your view on What Aman has propsed. Seems sensible to me as well as it cuts off relying on too many employees for Job2. But the only catch is in dec 2018 where the hours are only 128, Shall I submit early FPS for July 19 and go ahead with this scenario?
Thanks
Thanks

Correct..I believe 128 shall suffice but as a precaution I’d add July 19 instead of combining 3 employees..

Whatever combination you decide to go with, I would advise you to clearly mention that on your cover letter how you qualify for job creation. Add an excel sheet clearly showing the number of hours and info. Job creation is the most important so make it clear for the CW.

there is no difference apart from persons or individuals doing the job.
Would this be an issue?

Hi All,
Its been a while I havent got back to this forum.
I want to update my case here. I have applied for ILR on 10/07/19 with my 2 dependents.
1.I am a bit stressed as I have not received any monthly standard email from HO as every other applicants are getting. Do I need to worry regarding this? Has any one experienced this situation before?
2. I have dependend on 5 employees ( Job1 -2emp, Job2- 3 emp). I have not sent P45's of them when they have joined my company. 3emp did not have P45 where as 2emp did have them. Is it mandatory requirement to send P45's of employees when they join ?
Also Moderators is it ok to continue in the same topic or do I need to create an other one?
Please let me know.
Regards,

1) Not everyone receives them. Its some technical issue when the system does not push automated emails. I personally did not receive any emails from the day I applied. I only got my decision in post. So nothing to worry.
2) P45,P46 is not required.
