Hi,
I just paid for the naturalisation application. Then, clicked the link to UKVCAS to book the appointment. It asked me to log in, then it said:
We have detected multiple applications connected to this email address. Please enter the UAN of the application you wish to access.
I have multiple applications, yes, because I applied for ILR before.
I don't have any UAN for this naturalisation application, I only have reference number from HO. I looked at my old appointment with UKVCAS, there is a UAN, but that was only when you have booked appointment with them.
Can anyone help? Their office is closed on weekends too.
