Tier 2 Silver Timeframe

I recently applied for a tier 2 visa. I paid for the 3-5 day processing. Yesterday was day 5 and I have not heard anything. Is this common?

priority service does not guarantee that you will receive a decision within certain number of days. It only means that your application would be put in front of the queue. however it may get delayed due to several factors.
