PBS dependant leave extension when main applicant gets ILR

I wanted to ask about what category does a PBS depandent (who has 1.5 years left towards ILR eligibility) need to apply for extension after main applicant (on Tier 2 visa) gets ILR?

Will the PBS dependent no longer be able to apply for extension as PBS dependent as technically they are not PBS dependent once the main applicant gets the ILR?

The immigration rules states that they can apply for a 3 year pbs dependent extension if the main pbs visa holder now has ILR or British citizenship and it was obatine visa pbs route. Rules are different if ILR was obtained through the 10 years long residence route.

Don't forget you need the 90 days maintenance funds if £630 per dependent.

Either spouse or joint account.

Thanks. Its a relief to know it can be either spouse's individual bank account too rather than only the PBS dependant's account only. I thought it only had to be either a joint account or PBS's dependant's account.
