Details of Australian visa for UK spouse visa

My Japanese wife is applying for family visa from Japan via visa4uk and the question:

“Have you been issued any visa for the UK, UK Overseas Territories or Commonwealth Country in the last 10 years?”

It then goes on to request:

Type of Visa Issued
Date of Issue
Date of Expiry
Issuing Authority

The answer is yes - she received a student visa that allowed her to study and take up a short internship in in 2015/16. She used a company to assist with finding a school, accommodation and the internship. The company is in Japan but I understand they have been evasive and not willing to help.

The visa was issued digitally and the company did not share (or she no longer has) the details that would allow her to login to the Australian immigration site to retrieve the requested details.

What are our options? Is it best to provide the approximate information and then explain it in the additional information section? Or answer “yes” and provide no specifics in the drop down options and then give all the known details to the best of our knowledge in the extra info bit?

Does anyone know of this will seriously negatively impact the application?
