Actually I’m going to apply for my spouse first time in July and when she get the visa I will apply for my ILR , my visa is until May 2020 and I am eligible for ILR augest 2019 , so my question is for how long my spouse will get the visa and how much IHS I have to pay , I want to mension again that will be her first dependent visa from back country ,

they will give her an extension for two years I think, which means you will pay for two years
It is an entry clearance visa not an extension. Ops
wife will get visa valid till the ops expiry date of May 2020.
Pbs extension is for 3 years if the main pbs migrant has ILR.

Any kind of real emergence situation with evidence you can write to home office as exceptional circumstances.
I also had one and wrote them with proof and they immediately expedited my application. After my letter within a week my application was approved.

Dear tier11417,
Yes I did write to home office due to exceptional circumstances of mine with all the support and evidence. They acknowledged my concern and processed my application within a week of my letter.
Congratulations Hamza,
May we know where (address) did you post letter to? Also did you approach MP for this?
