Ceased activity EU Settlement Scheme

Hey, hope you guys can help me;

I have been granted pre settle status as I been living here for over 3 years, but I got a job offer in another eu country. I would work there and would come back in the weekends to the UK. I heard that i could apply for settle status(less than 5 years) as eu national that ceased activity but it’s working in another eu country.
My question is: how long a have to wait until i can prove that I’m eligible? I know that i have to prove that I return every week to the UK and have bills and place to stay etc, but is there a minimum period of time? I was thinking to apply after a month or so, with all my airplane tickets, bills etc.
Your help would be much appreciated!
