HMRC debt

Post by wtmlive » Mon Jun 10, 2019 2:25 am

I recently discovered that HMRC have got me listed as having underpaid tax for financial year 2018. They have spread the payments to be deducted from my salary every month over the next year. As I am due to apply for ILR, will that have any impact on my application. Is it safer to pay off all the tax in one go and then apply for ILR?
