Important Question -ILR

Post by gagansingh22 » Thu Jun 13, 2019 11:02 am

Hello Guru's,

I have a very important question to ask:

1. my First general tier-2 visa was issued from July-14 to August-16

I did change my employer and sponsor on last date of my visa expiry and i did got super priority appointment after 4 days and my visa was approved (did i overstay)?

i did change my sponsor again after one year and my visa was approved again which valid until 2020.

my question is did I overstay? would it effect my ILR application?

I'll be grateful if someone can reply.

Thanks

Did you pay and submit online your first extension application on the last day of your visa expiry date?

This does not affect your ILR application as you made in time application. The date of appointment does not matter in this context.

Not quite correct. If the user applied using the old premium service, which I assume he did as he is referring to a 2016 visa, the the date of premium service appointment is the date of application and not the date of application online.

It is only the new ukcvas sopra where date of actual appointment is irrelevant.

sure!

General tier-2 visa 14th July- 15th August 2016
applied for the visa extension with new sponsor on 15th August 2016, got super priority appointment on 19th Aug in cryodon centre and application was approved same day.

i did change my sponsor again after one year (Aug 17) and my visa was approved again which valid until 2020.
