Declaring previous ILR rejection in the application

Post by Rou88 » Fri Jun 14, 2019 11:28 am

Hi everyone,
Had a quick question regarding declaring previous ILR rejection in a new ILR application. If I have had a previous rejection for ILR from the Home office due to an error on my part, do I need to declare that in the form under the section ‘’ UK visa refused in the past’’ or just add the rejection and reason for it as part of the supporting document where I have to explain why I should be granted ILR?
Thanks

As the question in the application is self explanatory you must declare “Any UK visa refusal” otherwise you could be subjected for a refusal under Genral ground.
