Tier 1 Entrepreneur ILR Form

Post by tier1lah1 » Sun Jun 02, 2019 4:16 pm

When we fill in the ILR forms for migrant, spouse and 18+ dependents, can we use the same email address or do we need to use individual email address as it is 3 separate forms?

I set up a dummy form for 18+ dependent and it did not ask for proof of address to show that he is still living with us. Are proof of address mandatory for 18+ dependents?

You, your spouse and all dependants under 18 will need one application. Your 18+ dependants need separate applications.

Thanks Zimba. Since dependent above 18 apply separately, are there any advantages for him to apply together with us (migrant and spouse)? Or would it be better for him to apply via Premium service after we got our ILR?

What is your visa expiry?

What is your dependents visa expiry?

Also note, any 18+ dependents applying for ILR will need to fulfil Life in UK and and English Requirements.

In that case, you can apply alone. The standard timeline these days is close to 6 months. Once your ILR is approved, your dependents will have an option to use super priority 24 hour service also.

They must apply before their visa expiry anyways regardless of your decision or not.

But they will only get a decision once you get a decision on your application. If I was you I would apply alone first as its less risk and cost effective way, if God forbid something has to go wrong.

Its just a suggestion, decision is yours.

In the application form, is it mandatory to submit "Employee Payment Record"? I have Employer Payment Record but not Employee Payment Record with me.

Not needed. If you are getting that in the checklist is because you ticked the wrong options when answering the original question. You only have to choose options that apply to you.

From what I understand, the fees for applying ILR for Tier 1 entrepreneur is £2389. However, after I fill in the e-form, it says the fees is £2408.20. Has there been an increase in fees or did I make a mistake when I fill in the application?

The biometric enrollment fee has been added as you do your biometrics at ukcvas sopra steria and not the post office.

As my son is over 18 years old and required his own separate application form, do I need to provide any bank statements for maintenance?

There is no maintenance funds for ilr. However there is various documentary evidence he has to submit to prove he is not living and independent life.

Thanks. I understand that my dependent above 18 years old need to submit 2 documents to prove he is not living an independent life. One of the document I plan to submit is his bank statement. Can he submit just the first page of the bank statement?
