ILR application date

Post by fumat » Wed May 22, 2019 11:10 pm

Hi ,

Can you review if am on the right track on the ILR application date via Tier 2. It will be annoying to make silly mistakes.

Tier 2 issue date (out of UK) - 11/07/2014
Entry date - 19/09/2014

Is it okay to submit online application on 13/06/2019?

Thanks

Re: Absence letter query

Post by fumat » Sat Jun 01, 2019 12:43 pm

Hiya,

My employer confirmed they can't mention personal absence from UK due to annual leave, they can only mention work related absence. They can confirm i have not taken any unpaid leave and also mention leave entitlement per year. Is the okay for absence letter or Is there anything i can add like flight itinerary, entry, exit stamps on passport?

Thanks

Re: ILR Approval

Post by fumat » Sat Jun 15, 2019 11:10 am

I have my ILR via Tier 2 approved

Tier 2 issue date - 11/07/2014
Entry date - 24/09/2014
Date application submitted online - 14/06 super priority
Bio metric submitted - 14/06 (same day by 9:30)
Approval email received - 14/06 (same day 16:21)

Note 1 - The issue date minus 28 days is valid and it is also mentioned on Tier_2_Policy_Guidance_03_2019 document but the fear of silly mistakes after paying so much comes to play but the rule is valid and tested)

Document submitted

- Consent letter
- Employment letter and annual leave entitlement(p60 and payslip was also validated on the letter)
- 3 month payslip (online generated)
- 3 month bank statement (printed at branch and stamped)
- 5 years p60 (online generated)
- Degree Cert
- Life in Uk
- BRP card
- Cover letter stating documents submitted

Note 2 :-My employer did not mention personal annul leave taken but they mentioned the leave entitlement and no unpaid leave taken, so i decided to add the ffg below ;

- Flight tickets
- payslip for months while away to show i was still on payroll

I hope this helps someone as i have also learnt from others.

All the best

Congrats but was it easy to find an appointment on the same day of application ?

I submitted in the very early hours of the day around 2am and I was just lucky to see an appointment at Croydon same day(paid £100), it was the only same day available in the London area apart from Premium Lounge. I saw a lot of same day time slot available at Premium Lounge(London) but this comes at a cost of £260/£200 depending on the time.

Same day might be slightly difficult but you might be lucky to see one, no one knows until you submit your application and you are redirected to the 3rd party site to book an appointment.

I hope this helps
