Referee - Name to be written on back of picture

Dear Experts/Members,

Do referee have to write names on back of the picture or applicatnt can also write name and DOB on back of the picture and then signed by both referees.

Once it is glued, nothing will be visible.
Just scan and upload?

I have asked my referee to put my DOB, full name and their signature. Then they have glued the pictures and given me the completed form back. Once you get it back, scan and upload the document.
