Just though would share; Under category of EU settlement scheme for NON EU.

If you are non EU and have acquired settled status able to bring/invite someone (Non relative) to visit you. I have done so and was granted 6 month visiting visa. Please not was not my relative just a best friend. I never included details of my EU spouse. Just on my own(Non-EU) and never mentioned anything related to my EU Spouse. SO yeah so far so good settled status is not that bad to Non EU as it empowers them as well.

Anyone in the UK can sponsor a visitor visa, it doesn't mean any special consideration simply because you have settled status.
