My partner is due to start a new job at the beginning of next month and will presumably have to evidence his right to work at least for his probationary period of the first few months. His current leave expires at the end of July. We submitted a timely application for FLR(M) last week to move from his Tier 5 YM, and he attended his biometrics appointment yesterday.
I understand that his leave will be extended under Section 3C, but how will he be able to evidence this to his new employer? Will the information be updated on https://www.gov.uk/prove-right-to-work, because so far nothing has changed?
