DependentVisa/TouristVisa help

Hi,
Can any one answer my queries

1) My husband has an HSMP and been in UK only for a month. So can i apply for dependent Visa or need to wait for 3 months to show his bank account?

2) I have my WP processed and Visa stamped from my current company but they are unable to find any project in UK at present.
Can i apply for Tourist Visa?

3) If i go on a tourist Visa can i apply for a dependent Visa while i am in UK or need to come back to India to do so?

1. It is advisable to wait for 3 months.

2. I wouldn't advise that.

3. It will not be possible to transfer from tourist visa to any other visa within UK. You need to return to your country of origin. Therefore not advisable.
