Travel between online application and biometric appointment

Hi all,

I am currently on a tier 2 ict visa valid until SEP 2020.

I am however switching to a tier 2 dependent visa.
I have upcoming travel plans between 27th June and 3 July.

Is it possible to apply online before 27th , take a biometric appointment for after July 3 and travel in between?

hi,

would suggest not travel until your application is approved and you receive BRP.

If you travel your application will be considered as withdrawn/refused

Would like to know this as well.

I am in a similar position and am just afraid that it will be painful to get a same day appointment once I come back from my trip (which would delay the visa process easily by a month)
