i haven't recieved my UK visa

hello, i applied for UK visa from Delhi and my appointment date was 10th of June. on 18th June i received a mail that your application has reached to embassy and it is being processed by the an Entry officer. since then i didn't receive any mail. today i called Ukvisa they told me your application is pending. i have to leave on 28th of June. i am worried. i dont know what to do.

It might help if you said which category of visa you've applied for.

i applied for standard visa which usually takes 15 days.

It is 15 working days and there is no guarantee it will be done within this timeframe.

thank you! but it is 13th day today excluding holidays. my friend got his visa in just 7 days.

I applied for my in-laws at chandigarh on 9th may and received decision email on 29th may. So would suggest give it today/tomorrow.

Unfortunately their visa was refused so re-applied on 24th june.... only received text from vfs on 24th june stating application forwarded to british high commission.

did you receive any mail stating that decision has been made????? i don't think i will receive it tomorrow.then day after tomorrow is impossible.

When we applied for in-laws on 9th may, we received an email on 29th may saying decision has been made. But the application was refused.

Now we have re-applied again, biometrics done on 24th june, so have to wait until we get the decision email.

I think you should receive something tomorrow. If you dont hear anything call ukvi so they can escalate it for you.

i called them and they said your application is pending. when i asked them how much time it will take they told me we cant say anything. They just told me the status of my application.. now i have only one day left.
i applied as a standard visitor. i have to attend the conference.

It could be due to holiday rush, taking them so long. Normally in my experience family visits are decided within 10 days but recently took more than 10 days. Hopefully you will receive their email tomorrow. Good luck

Why did you leave it so late to apply? 15 days is not guaranteed and what one person might experience isn't necessarily what you will experience. Plan better.
